National Get to Know you Customer Day

January 19th is National Get to know your Customer Day! When our TEAM works with a client, it is because something didn’t work quite right for them; their experiencing the aftermath of flood, fire, mold, bio-hazardous damage, or worse yet! In an effort to better understand our customer’s needs and wants we do our best to listen, explain how we can help in a way that makes sense for the customer, address their concerns, and make the loss like it never even happened.
We would love to hear back from our customers, not just this week, but always! Have you or someone you know worked with us in the past? How did we do? How can we improve for a better customer experience?!
