When working with SERVPRO, you know you have hired the best, because we train the best.

Our SERVPRO franchise has prided itself on the training and knowledge of our staff, with the mantra “Knowledge is Power”.

We want everyone who is working with a customer to have the knowledge and professionalism necessary to fully explain the job process of fire or water mitigation—not only what is happening , but why.  If we get the call—It’s already not good, out client is dealing with a stressful situation. Period. We want to make it better!

Our team goes through an initial intense training period where they are SERVPRO Certified in Fire, Water, and Carpet Cleaning Trained. Next, they become IICRC certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certified) in Applied Structural Drying, Fire, Water, Mold, & Odor. Additionally weekly training in morning meetings along with OSHA and safety training is a part of our overall strategy to be the best!
