Mold in Attic in Binghamton, NY

One of our clients contacted us initially for a mold estimate after noticing black mold on the backside of the roof sheeting in the attic. Due to ongoing poor ventilation of a bathroom fan, the mold had developed over time. The fan was replaced and our team was able to remediate the area.  After the completion of the remediation and clean up, our work passed the clearance testing of the Environmental Company, per NYS Guidelines.  Our customer was very happy with the finished product.
