Whole House Water Damage/ Repair

This home was for sale when a water damage occurred. The furnace had shut down after a mouse had chewed and tripped wires to the thermostat, ultimately causing all the baseboard heathers on the second floor to burst and run water throughout the home for several days. It wasn't until a neighbor noticed water coming from the home that it was shut off. Our Repair team was referred through the clients insurance and provided a full rebuild after the home needed to be gutted and dried. This is a before and after of the kitchen; all floors, walls, ceilings, cabinets and appliances were removed and replaced.
