Our client had a water intrusion in their unfinished basement in the spring. The results of the water damage appeared to not be too severe at the time. The client then called in SERVPRO to look at mold that was growing on the walls and ceiling of the basement.  They client opted for a full cleanup and mold remediation of the basement. We were able to clean all surfaces and contents, and our client was very pleased with the end result.  Any time there is a moisture issue to a property it is best to try and eliminate any water, or extra humidity and moisture in the air in order to help prevent mold growth from happening. However, there are times this can’t be prevented, and SERVPRO will be there to help.
