After spending a few weeks away, this property owner came home to find water running and a collapsed kitchen ceiling. The water ran over the floor and into the basement, leaving about 2-3 inches of standing water in the lower level. In this case, the ceiling, floors and walls were too saturated with water and needed to be replaced. Our Team was able to remove the ceiling, wall and affected materials in order to allow airflow and access to the core structure that needed to be dried. It is extremely important that an area is properly dried before building materials are installed.
