I would like to commend your company for the fine service you provided in the cleanup of up a long-neglected home after the passing of its owner.
Jason Link didn't flinch at the pileup of debris the job presented, some of it requiring biohazard handling. He examined each room, took a lot of notes and prepared a thorough, detailed estimate, including flex parameters to address unforeseen problems.
The several receptionists I spoke with--Nicole, Alicia, Monica and Paige--were uniformly positive and helpful. They answered my questions promptly and arranged a change in the start date to better accommodate my schedule.
The cleanup team headed by Bruce with assistance from Sean, Dorian and Jamie was a group of very hard-working guys. Bruce called me every morning to open up the house before their arrival, and checked in with me every afternoon before departure to keep me apprised of their progress.
Bruce was well informed of your company's policies and advised me to call your office when my questions would be better answered by other staff. He followed my instructions very conscientiously and accurately predicted when the job was likely to be completed. He was uniformly reliable and a good communicator.
Thank you all for helping me deal with a very big mess. After I'm done sifting through the remaining contents of the house I will likely ask you back to do a final comprehensive cleaning.
