Flooded Office Building Cortland, NY

A pipe broke in a vacant office building due to below freezing temperatures.  The pipe burst and left about 2-3" of water throughout the entire building. Not only had water damaged occurred, but ceiling tiles had fallen, insulation, and parts of the ceiling structure. There was glue down carpet and finished walls affect as well. Our team arrived quickly to extract water, remove the fallen debris, place drying equipment, and remove damaged carpet and drywall. Once we completed our mitigation process and met our dry down goals, the property was ready for repairs to begin.
