Storm Damage in Basement Rochester, NY

Following a major rainfall event our client had suffered storm damage in their basement. Water, mud and silt had come in through their garage door, and the sump pump in the basement could not keep with the water. Water went up several inches in the basement, causing category three water damage throughout the entire basement. You can see pictured here the bathroom and the amount of mud and silt that was left after the water had receded. The client knew a professional was needed to assist in the clean up process. Our clients were so pleased after the cleanup, they gave our company a 10 out of 10 rating in all categories during the sign off process.
